Park Cities

Located just north of Downtown Dallas, the Park Cities encompasses the suburbs of Highland Park and University Park. This section of town is known for its high quality of living, beautiful parks and recreational facilities, and a large part of the area is zoned for the excellent public school system “Highland Park ISD.” Park Cities offers its residents a myriad of first class boutiques, salons, and restaurants. Park Cities is also home to the well received Southern Methodist Univeristy (SMU). Ideally situated and surrounded by beautiful scenery, the Park Cities is a stellar neighborhood to call home.

Uptown

McKinney Avenue is the main street that runs through the Uptown area, which is located just north of downtown Dallas. Uptown is typically thought of as the most metropolitan part of the city. This neighborhood is filled with boutique shopping, trendy eateries, and most importantly the hustle and bustle of people everywhere. One of the fantastic and very unique features is the McKinney Avenue Trolley, which runs through Uptown free of charge (unless individually chartered for large groups). The trolley makes several stops at different locations such as; the West Village, Klyde Warren Park, the Dallas Theater Center, the Meyerson Symphony Center, the Dallas Museum of Art and many more of Dallas’ historic sites. Enjoy late nights in the Arts District on the third Friday of every month, where the Dallas Museum of Art keeps its doors open until midnight while hosting events and live performances. Foodies have their choice of delicious meals with Uptown’s award-winning restaurants. Luxury high-rises, mid-rises, and townhomes welcome people from all walks of life who love urban living.

Preston Hollow

With its winding streets and distinct architecture, Preston Hollow is known for its estate homes and tree lined streets. Just north of the Park Cities and only six miles from Downtown, the Preston Hollow location offer extraordinary options for dining and shopping experiences. Addison

With an abundance of restaurants, bars, and retail attractions, Addison offers urban living not common in other Dallas suburbs. The city of Addison invests in their residents by offering a gym facility, recreational parks and waterfalls. Far North Dallas

North of 635 and touching the borders of Addison and Richardson, lies Far North Dallas. The suburban neighborhoods traditionally offer its residents more space and larger lots most with the advantage of the Richardson and Plano school districts. Far North Dallas offer access to numerous restaurants, shopping and recreational locations due to its central proximity in the city.

Plano

Situated just north of Dallas, Plano with recognized schools and plenty of recreational parks and trails. Plano is vast in size and offers a number of possibilities for home buyers. Plano’s newest addition, Legacy Town Center, where residents of Plano come to work, play and live offers plenty of restaurants and shopping choices. Frisco

Frisco is located just 20 minutes north of Dallas and is home to professional sports teams, world-class shopping, Dallas attractions and outdoor recreation.
